Publisher and Journal Management Policy

BIM PANGURIPAN: Journal on Society, Civilization, and Human Empowerment is managed according to principles of academic independence, transparency, accountability, and publication integrity.

1. Publisher

The publisher is responsible for providing the institutional, administrative, financial, and technical infrastructure necessary for the sustainable operation of the journal.

The publisher supports the journal's mission to disseminate knowledge, innovation, community engagement practices, and empowerment initiatives that contribute to sustainable human and societal development.

2. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently on the basis of scholarly relevance, quality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, originality, and contribution to community service and empowerment.

The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions concerning:

  • Manuscript acceptance or rejection;

  • Reviewer selection;

  • Editorial evaluation;

  • Revision requirements;

  • Publication priority;

  • Retraction or correction decisions.

Financial, institutional, political, commercial, or personal interests must not determine editorial decisions.

3. Editorial Management

The journal is managed through an editorial structure that may include:

6. Editorial and Financial Separation

Financial arrangements, sponsorships, advertising, institutional support, and other revenue sources must not influence editorial decisions.

The journal's business model and financial administration should remain sufficiently separate from the editorial evaluation process.

7. Community Engagement Responsibility
