    Trend Keilmuan Cover Global Competency and Scientific Trends

    Developments in science and technology, digital transformation, and the dynamic needs of industry and society have driven changes in the competency requirements of various disciplines. Going forward, scientific development will not only focus on mastering technical knowledge and skills, but also on adaptability, collaboration, innovation, and complex problem-solving. Global competency trends across various scientific fields include:

    1. Education

    Developments in education are directed at strengthening 21st-century competencies through the development of critical thinking, creativity, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Furthermore, the use of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and digital learning platforms, has become an integral part of the learning process. Digital literacy and lifelong learning skills are also key competencies in facing rapid change.

    2. Social Humanities

    Social humanities studies increasingly emphasize issues of sustainability, social justice, human rights, and socio-cultural dynamics in the digital era. Technological developments have also driven research into its impact on societal behavior, culture, and social interactions. Furthermore, cross-cultural communication skills, international collaboration, and multidisciplinary social problem-solving skills are becoming increasingly important competencies.
